Terms of Use

Last updated: April 2026 · credi.build is operated by Ark & Aico Labs, United Kingdom

What credi.build is

credi.build is a platform that lets construction workers create and share a professional profile online. Your profile shows your trade, qualifications, work history, availability, and contact details in one public link.

By creating a profile, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

Your profile

You are responsible for everything in your profile. By submitting information to credi.build, you confirm that:

Your profile is public. Anyone with the link — employers, agencies, site managers, or anyone else — can view it. Do not include anything you would not want publicly visible.

What we don't do

What we can remove

We reserve the right to remove or suspend any profile that:

We will tell you if we remove your profile unless we are legally prevented from doing so.

Your data

How we handle your personal data is covered in our Privacy Policy. The short version: your data is used to run your profile, stored securely, and never sold.

The service

credi.build is provided free of charge during the current phase. We reserve the right to introduce paid tiers in the future. If and when we do, existing free profiles will not be affected without notice.

We aim to keep the service running reliably but we cannot guarantee 100% uptime. The service is provided as-is. We are not liable for any loss of earnings or opportunity arising from service downtime or profile unavailability.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service develops. If we make significant changes, we will notify you via email if you have provided one. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
